Martyn Bould specialises in dispute resolution,
management, cost planning and control of construction and development
projects together with Caribbean regional market studies and statistics.
Mr Bould is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors,
a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Member of
the Association for Project Management and a graduate of the Owner
President Management Programme at Harvard University and is Past
President of The Cayman Society of Architects, Surveyors and Engineers.
Mr Bould has written extensively in the international press and the Caribbean regional media on development and construction and has served both as arbitrator, mediator and expert witness in both substantial and more modest arbitrations and litigation.
Mr Bould is also a property developer having developed,
amongst others, the Genesis Office Building, the luxury apartment
complexes of The Great House and Plantana, the Greenery Shopping
Centre and the Cayman Racquet Club. Mr Bould is keenly interested
in preservation and promotion of Caymanian culture and is a Founding
Board Member and Chairman of the Cayman National Cultural Foundation
and a Board Member of the National Gallery of the Cayman Islands |
